In the screenshots I use LessWristsSeamsAndMoreRealisticSkinUniversalFix by badilator. It makes the skin less glossy.
This mod is my first nude male mod. The mesh give the player a little bigger gut and generally larger body. It adds a penis as well. So you could run around butt naked. The texture gives the player more chest hair as well.
I play an older man and this is basically a nude mod for that character.

Use NMM to install, or follow the manual step below.
To install manually, simply unpack this archive in your fallout4 folder.
Make sure you also edit your "Fallout4.ini" with the following:
Replace this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
With this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Find and open your "Fallout4Prefs.ini" file.
Make sure you set bEnableFileSelection to 1, so it looks like this.
bEnableFileSelection=1.
