A simple windows texture replacement.
Have these broken windows ever annoyed you? (If not then this is not a mod for you) Me too. Took me 5 minutes to make in GIMP. It basically changes the broken windows in whole Commonwealth into nice non-broken ones. Now you don't have to worry about raiders looking inside your bedroom!
I (probably) will release a semi transparent version soon.
