v2: Updated to have less mod dependencies, no more off-site mod requirements, no longer requires a scrapping mod.

A settlement blueprint that will support 10 settlers. Fully self-sustained for food and water. Designed to be a small, well fortified outpost where you can drop in and out of for weapon and armor maintenance. Contains an on-site doctor for medical needs.

I left all of the existing structures that were already there and just added to it. The furniture needs to be scrapped but thats it. After the transfer, go through and scrap anything that is cliipping throuigh.
