📋 About This Mod
The Sole Survivor owned a dog before the war. Presumably he/she knows how to trim dog nails. I found the "click click click" sound effects annoying; I fully expect no one else to care. :) This mod simply replaces the sound of Dogmeat walking on wood and stone surfaces with the sounds that are used for dirt. It works for me, but I can't promise it won't break your game. Sorry the video is kind of janky; I was recording onto the same HDD.
To install:
1. Unzip into your Data directory (maintain folder hierarchy) 2. Edit your Fallout4.ini file in your Documents\My Games\Fallout4\ directory as follows:
Change "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" to "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\" If you are using a texture mod, you'll change it to "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\"
