Horizon and Chinese Stealth Suit Patch

-I moved everything to the equipment section of the Tech Lab. The items will disappear from the menu after they are crafted.

This is a patch to make Horizon and Chinese Stealth suit more compatible with each other.

So here's what I changed:

-The helmet is now completely separate from the suit and is no longer made from within the suits crafting menu. It uses all of horizons mask/helmet options and is craftable at the robotics lab under the "Stealth Suit" tab.

-The suit cannot be used with any armor parts, other than a helmet. It does not use its own armor upgrades anymore and instead uses the same weaves and linings as the rest of Horizon's clothing/armor. It DOES NOT get a utility slot.

-NEW: Entering stealth mode NOW GIVES YOU RADS!

-Slightly increased jump height/speed for appropriate addons.

-The suit can be found within the game world the same as in the original mod, but you can also craft it at the robotics lab under the "Stealth Suit" tab. Crafting it requires some high quality alloys so you wont be able to craft it early in your game.

-I added in another variant of the suit called the "Shadow Suit". It does not use any of the Stealth Suits upgrades, but gets a utility slot and armor parts can be worn with it. Its easy to craft and I added it just for fun.  Its just there if you like the look of the suit but it doesn't have any of the bells and whistles of the actual suit.

-All suit upgrades require various magazine perks. This is so everyone can use the suit and the upgrades are unlocked as you progress through your game.

So overall, I hope its a lot more balanced for Horizon. Its never going to give you the defense that other clothing/armor items can, but it has all of the cool features of the suit to offset this. I hope using it can become a tactical option. Most of Horizons armors are the same, its just cosmetic differences, so I hope this helps to add some fun to your playthrough!
