For now I recommend you use the Tobe texture pack for my presets, as it's being used in 99% of cases. Hooper will eventually receive an update with Oni speculars, so the difference between the two packs is noticable.
Known issues: in my case it causes brown face bug on Ellen The cartographer, which can be temporarily fixed by reseting a preset. Unfortunatelly the bug appears again when loading a new cell.
