This is a WIP, so feedback would be great . Please make a back up save before using this mod. A new settlement on top of the highway near Covenant. It is almost empty, so you can build whatever you want. There is a XBone version -> link ->

This is my first mod so it might not be perfect :/ but I will try my best to improve it.
The settlement is south of Covenant (next to Tucker memorial bridge).
