I got this idea a while back but never finished it. With permission from HardLeather, I ported over this mod he made from FNV.

Over 15 different sky textures
This mod is not entirely lore friendly, it relies on which texture you choose
To install, replace the sky texture file. Make a backup first
Bugs There is a line that appears in the sky with a few of the larger more filling sky textures ( out of this world, Burning stars, Aurora etc)
Most of the textures have a pretty much invisible line and look pretty well.
