Hellcat Power Armor - The Gunner Patrol
Since Sim Settlements 2 uses up the Gunner Plaza a lot of the times the Hellcat Power Armor ends up despawning/getting deleted before you get your hands on it. So we decided to make a patch that moves it south of the Gunner Plaza and instead makes it an encounter in the wild where you encounter a group of Gunners on a Patrol.
Keep heading south from Gunner Plaza until you find it.
