📋 About This Mod
Description
Last one for a while, I promise.
(v1. 0) Note that the armors worn by the NPCs are not lootable. That is by design by the original mod author, who pre-makes the outfit lists for people to use and the unlootable NPC armor that goes with it. It's time consuming to go in and make every single armor piece & helmet lootable and having to rename them from "Unuseable NPC Armor" sooo... I left it as is
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Synths. Newly spawned Synths should work as intended.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge download count (116k+) shows this mod is a hit with the community
- Solid endorsement ratio (430 endorsements) suggests players are happy with it
- Gives the Institute a fresh, sci-fi look that fits Fallout's retro-futurism
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated December 2025 — may not be compatible with future game patches
- Only one screenshot in the description, so you can't fully preview the models
For Fallout 4 players who want to spice up the Institute with a Halo-inspired aesthetic. If you're into lore-friendly or sci-fi crossovers, this is a must-try. Skip if you prefer vanilla-accurate factions or want gameplay changes — this is purely visual/unit replacement.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to avoid manual file placement issues.
- Check the mod's load order — place it after other faction overhauls to ensure it takes effect.
- If you're on PC, make sure you have the game's DLCs installed, as the Institute is part of the base game but some mods require DLC.
