📋 About This Mod
Mad Max' take on the post-apocalypse is very different from Fallout's version, but they also have a decent amount of things in common. Although this mod draws heavy inspiration from the Mad Max franchise, none of these outfits are meant to be copies of the original, and have been modified to fit in with Fallout 4's aesthetic better.
I am also open to adding more things to this mod, so if anyone has any outfits or little trinkets from Mad Max that they want to see here, or if they just want more texture options for the existing items, feel free to suggest it. I won't say yes to everything, but I am open to suggestions.
THIS IS FOR VANILLA BODIES ONLY.
If you want to modify or use assets from this mod, you need to ask for my permission first.
To be clear, I will not say yes to any NSFW mods, including the very sexualised body replacers on here such as TWB. There are other mods on the Nexus for that purpose for the people who want their game to be more sexually explicit, but this is not one of them. I don't want these outfits changed in that way, as I specifically made this mod for people who want more serious clothing in their game on a Nexus that's already very saturated with NSFW mods, and this took a lot of time and effort to create.
Please respect my wishes.
In this harsh and unforgiving wasteland, you dress for the occasion, and with what little you've managed to claim as your own. All of these clothes and accessories can be crafted at the chem station, and improved with ballistic weave.
Huge thanks to the team behind Outfit Studio, as this mod wouldn't exist without it. Big thanks to all the people making Creation Kit, Elric, Material Editor and Nifskope tutorials on YouTube too, 'cause these programs are really confusing when you're just starting out.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing with 224 endorsements and over 13k downloads
- Recent update (May 2026) shows the mod is still being maintained
- Covers both genders, so you don't need separate mods for male and female characters
⚠️ Cons
- Cosmetic only – if you're after stat changes or new gameplay mechanics, this isn't it
- No mention of compatibility with popular body mods like CBBE or EVB, so you might see clipping
- Limited to Mad Max style – if that's not your vibe, you'll skip it
For Fallout 4 players who want to dress their wasteland wanderer in gritty, post-apocalyptic gear straight out of Mad Max. If you're into lore-friendly or vanilla-style armours, this might not fit your aesthetic. Skip if you want armour that actually changes your stats or perks.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's a cosmetic mod, you can safely install it with a mod manager like Vortex or NMM – just drop the files in and activate.
- Check your load order – place it after any body or armour overhaul mods to avoid conflicts.
- If you're using a body replacer, test the outfits in-game to see if they clip, and consider using a bodyslide patch if available.
