Granite Valley player settlement

Granite Valley is hard against the western edge of the map, between the Boston Mayoral shelter and the Natick Substation. Blasted trees, steep tumbling hills, dry creek beds and nothing living but lichen on the rocks...yet it has a strange beauty to it nonetheless. Can you make it into a paradise for your people?

This settlement functions fully and does not conflict with any other mods tested to date. Settlers can be sent to and from this location, pipboy has full map data and so on.

The location has the bare bones for survival; a sleeping bag and a cooking pot. Good luck with that you maniacs.

A NOTE ABOUT THE BUILD AREA BORDER:

The green build border extends west beyond the limit of allowed movement. The rest of it is accurate though, and this has no other effect than making you think "if only I could go there..."
