GO USE THIS MOD INSTEAD, I HELPED ON IT AND IT'S LEAGUES BETTER THAN THIS THING
Back again with the Laser RCW, there are a couple mods that add the RCW back, but neither of them really appeal to me. So of course, me being a normal reasonable human being, I made one myself. It's pretty much the RCW as you remember it, a super fast laser tommy gun.
The Laser RCW spawns at level 15 on Raiders, Gunners, Brotherhood, Minutemen, Triggermen, Vendors, and Legendary Lists (The Level Lists proved to be a bit iffy in testing so let me know if this thing is spawning well)
