Not for use with the vanilla game for obvious reasons. This is an unofficial patch for naugrim04's mod, FROST. (v0. 55 as of 7. 0 of this fix)
Any mods that alter worldspace may conflict. Texture mods without any additional worldspace edits should not be an issue.
Installation
Drop the "FROSTfix.esp" and the "FROSTfix - Main.ba2" in your Data folder wherever you have Fallout installed or install with your preferred mod manager, activate the esp in your load order and place it below FROST's esp.
