What was done in the patch:
- basic adjustments
- NPC: adjusted perks, loot
- armor / weapons, horizon editing
- chemistry/food: change efficiency
- in boxes / on shelves there is less loot
- some boxes are now locked. Prepare the studs.
- also, many items are marked as "owned by someone", and just take them will not work. Only steal.
- reduced / changed Bobblehead Voult4 bonuses

- НПС: скорректированы перки, лут
- броня/оружие, горизонтовские правки
- химия/еда: правка бонусов
- уменьшен лут в ящиках
- некоторые ящики теперь заперты.
- так же многие предметы помечены как "принадлежащие кому-либо", и просто взять их уже не получится. Только воровать.
- изменил бонусы пупсов из мода, что бы не сильно выбиваться из баланса.
Разумеется, что бы мод был полностью на русском - вам потребуется и сам мод РУ версии (жмём автору эндост), и патч РУ версии.
