Fortunate Caps Stashes
Simple mod that buffs Caps Stashes to be a bit more Fortunate.
Caps Stashes will now spawn with 42 to 87 caps instead of 14 to 23.
Caps Stashes will now reward extra caps (54 to 99) if you got the Fortune Finder Perk.
Luck now also plays a role. Based on luck you can also get a "Lucky" or "UnLucky" loot that slightly alters the potential rewards.
Lucky: 51 - 87 (Formula: 15 + Luck 3 chance for Lucky!)
Unlucky: 33 - 87 (Formula: 55 - Luck 5 risk for UnLucky!)
