Fizztop Grille Renovated

So. You are a raider. The big bad overboss. Covered in blood of your victims, playing with guts for sport, and enjoying heads on spikes as a soothing bedroom decoration. The smellier the better. 

Or... you're the goody-two-shoes hero everyone loves. You have kicked all those filthy raiders out from Nuka World. With a smile and a spark in your eye as they burned to crisp in the heat of your flamethrower... ahem.

No matter. Whoever you are, you need a place to stay appropriate for your stature and your epic deeds... unfortunately, the home you have been given for your efforts just doesn't live up to the standards. At all.

Time to fix this.

FEATURES

This is a two-part mod.

Part one is an .esp that does a few things:

- adds a workshop and buildable area to the exterior part of Fizztop Grille

- removes all the trash, debris, grime, stains, filth and ALL the furniture/decorations from the grille living area

- removes makeshift 'balcony' that leads to the lift so you can place a nicer floor there

- cleans up the landing zone of the lift

- fixes the broken window

- rearranges the chandeliers to make them fit the new interior design and adds fancy lights to them

- removes most of the trash in the closest vicinity of the grille's building

- the .esp was NOT designed to be used without any of the blueprints but if you don't mind some missing pieces and asymmetrical lights then go ahead and grab just that (refer to the screenshots for details, they are all captioned with info)

Part two is a settlement transfer blueprint and it comes in two versions:

Basic Version:

- adds carpeting and tiles to cover the cold and all too reflective metal floors

- divides the area into four smaller rooms for you to decorate as you see fit

- makes a nice, small balcony for the power lift access

Full-feature Version:

- all of the above plus fully furnishes the four empty rooms into:

- a main room that functions as a dining and living room for you and your subordinates

- a fully furnished bedroom with a cozy fireplace and office area

- a bathroom with a tub (with a view!) and shower to clean up all the filth and bloodworm guts

- a medical room to heal up and recuperate after a busy day

- also extends the balcony to add a bench and mini crafting stations

- fancies up the landing zone for the lift
