Fallout 4 config files for intel HD and other low spec gpu's

Tired of the steam community telling you your pc will never run this game? Well here is your chance to prove them wrong

The files will help you run fallout 4 on low spec computers even on some of the intel hd graphics

Seriously I was able to archive 60 fps with just the config file alone on intel hd 4600 mobile-without low texture mods

Before downloading the low texture mods check and see if the config file helps you.

If the 512 texture reduction didn't work

intel cpu's are more powerful but often come with intel hd witch is very week when amd has weaker cpu's but better graphics

My recommendations  

Change the gpu settings to performance

for AMD users the minimum amount of cpu cores is 4

For Intel users if you have a I5 or a I7 I would recommend buying a cheep graphics card when you get the money because they are good cpu's but only if you have a desktop (don't go any lower then a GT 1030)(Also keep in mind that if you have a regular pc you should get a low profile gpu like the GT 1030 or the low profile GTX 1050-Low profile gpu's don't require power pin connecters.

Use an ssd to help increase the slow load time

8GB ram 

If you still cant achieve a stable frame rate download the mods above  I recommended do it

Note if your ok with lower fps try lowering your refresh rate-V-sync will cap he fps based on your refresh rate

Witch low spec cpu/gpu I think works better

Personally I think intel performs better because of the faster cpu even know it has very week gpu power the tweaks will help that.
