Enhanced Blood - better performance

Ive spent more time tweaking blood mods than I care to admit and this in particular took some time.  The author of Ehanced blood looks like he basically gave up and gave permission to use his stuff so im assuming I can post this, props to him ive always used his blood mod.  I mod to much and i hardly ever post what I mod but this was a really good fix.  Technically this could be used with any blood mod, even default FO4 actually and it  will work as intended.  If used with something other than enhanced blood it will actually increase blood splatters but with enhanced blood it will actually slightly decrease them.  It doesent matter what you installed with Enhanced blood this edits the impacts not the actual textures at all, just make sure it loads behind enhanced blood or whatever blood mod you have.

What it does:  It makes it so that the blood textures cant really spawn on top of each other, its going to look like the screenshots.  This is going to do 2 things, its going to heavily increase performance by not creating those fps dropping blood texture stacks and its going to spread it out so it looks better in my opinion.  It will not create solid pools of red, it will look like actual splatter.  THIS IS NOT LIKE THE VANILLA VALUES IN ENHANCED BLOOD, its a much needed in between.

Incompatibilities:

  Its going to be fine with gibs of glory, natural gore, gore overahul, cross critts all that stuff, they dont edit the impact data.  EBSO does which is why their is a compatibility patch.  From what ive seen most blood mods dont mess with the impact data they just straight up replace the default textures, and I open every mod I download, so there shouldn't be to many issues.  You would be surprised what kind of crap some mods on here edit that they have no business editing.  If someone does notice something with another blood mod ill take a look.
