ECV Construction Kit

Brief Intro: You know what I hate? Concrete. Lots and lots of concrete. Concrete for every single bunker in Fallout 4. So you know what I did about that? I recreated the ECV pieces from the other games for players to use in their mods. To hell with your concrete!! When life gives you concrete, make life take the concrete back!! Get mad!! I don’t want your concrete bunkers!! It all looks the same!! Demand to see life’s manager!! Make life rue the day it gave you concrete bunkers!!

What was I talking about again?

Important!! (You should always read the stuff next to the word important!!) The ECV Construction Kit is a mixture of SCOLs (Static Collections) that I created for the sole purpose of aiding in the design of simplistic Enclave Themed Bunkers. As some of you know, ECV pieces, this to say pieces with the prefix ECV, for Enclave Themed Bunkers, were included in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, but not Fallout 4. They do not exist in the current game rendition; thus they must be synthesized artificially with existing pieces. This, I did, on my end. For those of you wanting to design simple bunkers, just download the smaller file. You can either recreate the SCOLs on your end, thus saving on the large ass download, or alternatively you can go to the World Cell where I built the segments and simply SCOL what you want in order to build what you want. Either method will suit you just fine. However, for those wanting to build vast Enclave Bunkers… you will unfortunately have a much more “lengthy” process ahead of you. As some of you might already know, my 64 bit computer has never been able to properly install all of the editing software needed to flatten 3d meshes. If you intend to create vast Enclave bunkers, the existing SCOLs all need to be flattened so that they consume significantly less hard-drive space for export. This means that you will need to edit the provided meshes on your end in order to use them in any sort of massive capacity. So, for those in the secondary category… you need to download the massive file.

Notes from Author: All of the provided pieces have been designed artistically to have marble backdrops behind them. Almost everything should fit together more or less perfectly, though I do admit some design errors were committed during the premiere build phase, but I am certain that they have all been corrected for this release. Everything has been designed to mirror the original Enclave themes, including hydraulic shock suspensions built into the structures. Artistically, I favor the orange and black theme, but you can alter the texture skins before de-SCOLing in the Extra Chad of the Reference Window for the SCOL. Some… of th
