D's Institute Vault 88

This is the second settlement I've created now where I "institutionalize" certain settlements in Fallout 4. For this particular Vault, I've taken inspiration from Cordless and his Institute Vault 88 design, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydOSHxGbXp4&t=56s). However, I've decided to go a bit above and beyond:

This settlement contains 5 floors, all the mimicked institute departments, customized vault-tech resources made to look more appropriate with the Institute theme, a large generator room, a functioning synth fabricator, a large hospital wing, over 30 beds, and a ton more!

The mod itself contains over 8518 items within it, which is about half of the entire space storage for vault-tech.

If we want to include some lore-based story to it: The Institute has achieved victory, and are now expanding their operations onto the surface world. Vault 88 has been institutionalized by the new Father to closely study not only the incoming settlers but also Vault-tech itself through their experiments. On another note, Institutionalized Vault 88, or IV-88, has also begun their fifth phase also known as "integration" with the Commonwealth through this method.
