- basic adjustments
- NPC: adjusted perks, loot
- armor / weapons, horizon editing
- chemistry: change efficiency and recipes
- in boxes \ on shelves there is less loot
- some boxes are now locked. Prepare the studs.
- also, many items are marked as "owned by someone", and just take them will not work. Only steal.

- так же многие предметы помечены как "принадлежащие кому-либо", и просто взять их уже не получится. Только воровать.
Разумеется, что бы мод был полностью на русском - вам потребуется и сам мод Ру последней версии, и патч РУ версии.
