Deployable Shield

Thanks for the endorsements!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I'm enjoying it!  also if you have custom player height, type 'player.setscale 1' (default height)

I'm pleased to announce that i am now starting to make the new immersive shields!

i will be doing MOST of them. since this is a big mod for me while having a job in between,
