INSTALLATION
Mod Manager Friendly. I personally use NNM - Nexus Mod MangerCOMPATIBILITY
Standalone version compatible with everything and can be placed anywhere in the load order.
Replacer version should be placed in the bottom of the load order.
If you don't see any changes in game, then please check for Meshes/Furniture/Workstations/WorkstationChemistryA01.nif
Maybe there is . Nif in your loose folder which overriding another one from the mods BSA.
