Adds rusted minigun with non craftable ammo and a dented shit PA that cant be upgraded and is wrst then base PA to the concord roof as a replacer
These are meant to be useless beyond the initial deathclaw fight.
Minigun does not need reloading but you cant craft the ammo
The power armor reduces perception, slows you down abit, due to cracked visor, and damaged servos from when the vertibird originaly crafted 200 years ago.
