No more flailing your arms like a crazy person for swimming underwater.

Use controllers thumbsticks just as you would running above water.

  []Offhand controller to move horizontally the same way as on ground.

  []Primary hand controller up (jump) and down (sneak) to surface and dive respectively.

  []Configurable swimming speed per movement direction.

  []Diving bug fix that throws the player deep underwater.

  To be able to jump out of water set this in "fallout4custon.ini":

  bVrSwimDeliberateResurface=0
