Makes Sanctuary more clean and immersive.
Codsworth, what have you been doing for 200 years? Why do I have to spend 20 minutes cleaning up clutter? After playing around with the Creation Kit, I present this mod. I had spent some time figuring out how I can make Sanctuary better without breaking any precombines. Once I was finished, I enjoyed Sanctuary a lot more.
What is mod does:

[]Adds more details like skeletons and vehicles.

]Adds a water pump.[]Makes Sanctuary cleaner.
[]Puts all workbenches in one place.
[]Replaces wild Mutfruit plants with Mutfruit plants.
[]Spreads out the hammering idle markers to different houses.
Issues:
For whatever reason the beds and water pump does not register in the settlement menu. This can be fixed by selecting and placing them down again.
