Coastal Cottage Blueprint (Vanilla) Requires only Transfer Settlement Mod and DLCs

A rustic fixer-upper with spectacular views and in walking distance of a beach!

This Blueprint installs to slot 27 by default.

You will need to have installed Transfer Settlements (I used v1. 58) and its pre-requisites: F4SE and HUDFramework.

The settlement has 12 beds, 16 water, 18 food, 31 power, and at least 142 defence. This settlement also has a tier 2 bar and weapon shop as well as most workbenches. If you want to activate the settlement beacon next to the warehouse building you will need to connect it to the power conduit beside it.

There are 852 items to import.

I did use Place Everywhere to make this build (I highly recommend it, though you will not need it), and I spawned some scrapable items using the console.

You will probably want to scrap the skeleton in the main building (I used place everywhere but the console commands disable/markfordelete should work)

There is a lamp in the warehouse building that needs to be selected/deselected in build mode to light it, and one of the caged lights by the entrance to the soda fountain room will also need to be selected/deselected.
