📋 About This Mod
Description:
This mod significantly changes the textures and materials of the Protectron Pods found throughout the Commonwealth. The textures have been upgraded to a resolution of 2048x2048 and now include fully detailed specular and normal maps. As a result, the Pods have a more metallic appearance. Additionally, new details have been added to the buttons, such as a light switch and an air filter cycle reset button.
The most important detail to me, was adding a light to illuminate the pods in dark interiors so the player could enjoy the new visual changes. In doing so, I have added new light entity's and a static fluorescent light model. Precombined objects remain intact, and no change or loss in framerate was noticed.
