BURN baby BURN is a weapon mod for Fallout 4 that makes enemies melt from below 50 HP, preventing them from fighting back. With 342 endorsements and over 11,000 downloads, it's a niche but popular choice for players who want a brutal, decisive edge in combat.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 342 endorsements and over 11,000 downloads
- Adds a satisfying, brutal finisher mechanic to low-health enemies
- Lightweight mod that doesn't require extra dependencies
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2016, so it may have compatibility issues with newer game patches or DLC
- The effect is binary—once an enemy hits 50 HP, they're essentially dead, which might trivialize some fights
- Potential conflicts with other weapon or damage-over-time mods that alter enemy health or fire effects
For Fallout 4 players who want a more visceral and decisive combat experience, especially those who enjoy crowd control and finishing moves. Skip if you prefer balanced difficulty or want a mod that adds new weapons—this is a gameplay tweak, not a content pack.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to disable any mods that alter enemy health scaling, as they might interfere with the 50 HP threshold.
- If you're using a mod manager, install this manually by dragging the files into your Data folder to avoid load order issues.
- Test the mod in a low-stakes area first to see how the burning effect looks and feels before committing to a full playthrough.
