Buffout 4 NG and VR

This is an updated version of the original Buffout 4 that supports 1. 10. 163/1. 10. 984/VR. Please note that this mod does not support Anniversary Edition. For an alternative that supports the latest Fallout 4 version, use Addictol.

This version includes the following improvements over the original:

• []PDB parsing (debug dll CTDs if PDB provided by mod author). By default, it will search the plugin directory. Defaults to c:\symcache[/]
