Info about the debug file:
The debug file is for those people who have problems with the 1st person reloading. It is a edited version of the root behavior similar to the one from the merged root behavior, only difference is being that the debug version only contains my edits and that it is loaded by a plugin instead of being just lose files. If the reloading works with the debug mod enabled your FO4 installation doesn't loads lose files properly. Its only for debugging and not a replacement for the merged root behavior.
