This is a simple mesh replacer, so you should be able to load and unload at will. No issues my dude.
SHOULD work with any blood overhaul (testing with Enhanced Blood Textures - Basic) as long as that overhaul doesnt use a different particle system (which none do to my knowledge).
I apologize for the bad photos...i always wondering why blood mods had such horrible pictures. Its ridiculously hard to get good photos of blood in this game.
