Black Sea Captain's Hat (With Variants)

Just a little tweak to make the Sea Captain's Hat a little cooler looking on my character.  Improved specular map makes the gold parts really shine!

Now with Black and Silver, Red and Gold, and Vanilla Variants.

Goes nicely with my Gold-Rimmed Patrolman Glasses mod (seen here).
