VR Patch that fixes the CTD when using rcoll's Be Exceptional - Skills and Perk Overhaul
The Fallout 4 VR level up menu contains additional buttons for the use of scrolling. Without these buttons, Fallout 4 VR crashes horrifically.
This is a copy of the changes rcoll made to the original level up menu into the VR version of the menu, preventing the crash.
Currently built on top of version 0. 65 of Be Exceptional. Additional changes rcoll may make in the future will have to patched again!
Installation:
1.) Install Be Exceptional into Fallout 4 VR manually. Guide for those who don't know how to do that here:

The line you want to add to your plugins.txt:
*Be Exceptional.esp
2.) Download this patch, add the contained LevelUpMenu.swf to your '\Fallout 4 VR\Data\interface' folder.
