[]I've gone through every record one by one and made a new framework based on a better balanced overhaul (based on desolation survival).

]Each upgrade should feel progressive now with each upgrade requires specific components.[]I've removed every SPECIAL/Water/radx/Ammo buff.
[]Im modding/patching my playthrough to be as hardcore survival as possible so some component requirement may seem a little too much for whom of you like more softcore survival.
I made a lot of changes cant remembre most of them, but right now it should feel realllly smooth and could really feel the progression ,please i'd love your feedbacks and your thoughts or ideas.

-This mods add a lot of cool looking backpacks but they were unbalanced ,
So I reduced their values ,nerfed the DR ,and added Horizon tags, removed SPECIAL bonuses and rad removal overtime while wearing some of the backpacks,and also water sipping removed and few minor tweaks.
