Apartment 161

This mod adds a spacious player home in Cambridge heavily inspired by the FNV casino interiors. That means you'll find a lot of neons inside and a Mr. House portrait among other things. The house has a source of clean, rad-free water in a form of a kitchen sink, a cooking station, weapons crafting station, chem station and PA station. I also placed a lot of containers (at least in my opinion) to keep your belongings in. Finally, there is a surgery station including the barber chair and surgery chair functions. There's a lot of decorations, even a small fountain. The apartment has a full day/night cycle as you can see here:

Please keep in mind the apartment isn't that dark as on the pictures since I use an ENB that overall makes game darker. Requires all of the DLC's except for Nuka World.
