Animals and Ghouls Do Not Open Doors

I always found the first encounter with Dogmeat and the Mole Rats at the Red Rocket frustrating and bizarre. The fact that Dogmeat opens the doors of the Red Rocket after you've closed them to give yourself a breather and figure out wtf is immersion breaking for me. If the mole rats opened them, it's just as strange. So, I made this little "bug / immersion fix."

This prevents feral ghouls and many animals from just opening doors such as the one in the Red Rocket. This does not prevent every single animal from opening doors. Just ones that I felt couldn't grip the doorknob or handle and coordinate well enough to open them.

Please place as far down your load list as you can. Other mods may overwrite this one if you choose not to. This mod consists of just one esp.

0. 0. 2: Hopefully this version will remove any issues with Dogmeat and Ashes breaking. Creates custom Race for each. This file allows Ashes and Dogmeat to open doors so that their quests aren't broken. While Dogmeat inspired the mod by his opening doors, people have pointed out the removing the ability breaks a fairly important quest.
