Description:
The original Amazing Follower Tweaks mod was a multi-companion follower framework that let you have 5 vanilla-follower system Companions + dogmeat (a total of max 6), with tons of features such as all companions interjecting in dialogue scenes, tons of customization in terms of AI, outfit, affinity reactivity, and more.
This mod is an enhancement of that, with a bunch of fixes, more dialogue interjections and features.
Works on any Fallout 4 version! Some of these features are increasing the humanoid follower limit to 10, assigning vertibird seats, dynamic name assignment, charisma-based recruitment, an option to disable the Spouse Companion feature, and support for Sim Settlements 2.

Requirements:
Garden of Eden Papyrus Script Extender V23. 2+ (version 4. 0 of AFT Plus and onward)
F4SE (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT F4SE FOR YOUR GAME EXECUTABLE)
(as of version 3. 01 of AFT Plus, the original Amazing Follower Tweaks files are now included).
Installation:
1. Install the correct F4SE for your specific game version.
2. Garden of Eden Papyrus Script Extender V23. 2+(all it's requirements)
3. Install AFT PLUS (there is a FOMOD, check the options that interest you)
4. Other AFT Plus Patches provided in the Amazing FollowerTweaks Plus (AFT Plus) Patch Hub at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community
load it late in your load order to win conflicts
There may be issues upgrading from old AFT to AFT Plus in an existing save. It's best recommended to use a fresh save without AFT pre-installed, or start a new game.
If installing on an existing save, please dismiss all companions first before installing.
Regarding the original Amazing Follower Tweaks mod and it's optional patches:
please don't use them, I've ported most of the important ones over into this page or on the patch hub. If you want something, request it in the comments.

She's not a vanilla companion framework mod, but is using the vanilla affinity system. She will still work but she won't gain or lose affinity from some events (drinking, swimming, drugs, etc.)

As long as you disable all the AFT combat AI features and toggle them off (teleport on weapon draw, heal self, heal other companion, using non-default combat styles) it should be compatible, although there might be some weird bugs with how PACE registers companions. Keep in mind though, PACE is all scripted AI, not engine, so at times it will perform even worse than vanilla AI if you have a lot of scripts running.
