Based on HD DLC textures.
This mod fixes some Bethesda mistakes on vanilla HD DLC textures and makes the armor and helmet black/gray.
Vanilla pre-war armor was only 2K (dirty version was 4K, Bethesda why?), now AI upscaled 4K.
Normal maps have more detail than vanilla.
Pre-war and dirty version included.
