📋 About This Mod
This mod adds a fully customizable HUD that displays your currently active quests from the Pip-Boy directly on your game screen—no more opening the Pip-Boy just to check objectives. You can selectively hide Quest Objective markers for any active quest, keeping your screen clean and focused on what matters.
The HUD’s position, size, colors, and style can be easily and intuitively customized to suit your preferences through the Customizer Menu.
Old‑Gen or Next‑Gen users, please use the Main version from the Files tab.
AE or lastest version users, please use the AE edition.
Version 1. 7. 3. 1 AE Edition Update:
- Fixed an issue where quest title text became corrupted on the AE version only.
Active quests from your Pip-Boy are now visible right on your HUD.
Open the Management Menu to hide a quest — its objective marker disappears instantly. Additionally, Press X to disable the selected quest and remove it from the HUD.
Use 'New Quest Acceptance Behavior' in MCM Advanced Settings to add new quests to the HUD immediately as active or inactive.
Enable 'Show All Quests' in the Customize menu to manage all accepted quests; the Management Menu then switches to a mode for activating or deactivating quests.
You can configure various settings in the MCM under 'Active Quest HUD.'
On the main page, you can set hotkeys. Most of the mod’s features are available in the 'Open Quest Management / HUD Customize menu,' so set a hotkey and use it.
To temporarily hide the HUD, assign and toggle the 'Show/Hide Active Quest HUD' hotkey.
Press the hotkey for 'Open Quest Management / HUD Customize Menu' to open the menu described above.
As mentioned, click on a quest or press X to hide its objective marker, or disable the quest to remove it from the HUD.
To adjust the HUD’s position, size, or style, press the HUD EDIT button.
Pressing the HUD EDIT button takes you to the Customize menu described above.
You can use the color picker or click the R, G, B, A input fields to set the colors and transparency for Text, Corner, and Background.
Additionally, you can adjust the HUD’s position, size, and main options above the color picker. All changes are applied immediately to the HUD, allowing you to easily style it as you like.
If you have a few preferred settings, you can quickly save or load them using the preset buttons below.
There is a HUD Style Settings sub-tab, but all of its options are available in the Customize menu.
Use this tab only if you cannot access the menu with a gamepad or other input
