4estGimp - Standalone Construction PA - ESL

This mod's FormID were Compacted for ESL to save a plugin slot in load order.  It does not count toward the plugin limit.  The Plugin extension is ESL.

Any patches previously made for the main mod will have to be rebuilt to work with this mod.  Some or all of the FormID will not match now.
