4estGimp - CROSS PlasRail Compacted Edit

This is a mild edit of Niero's CROSS PlasRail. It is compacted for ESL, Fort Strong conflicts removed, and patched for Interiors Enhanced.

The PlasRail does add a room to the Federal Surveillance Center.  A door will be covered by a wall unless the PlasRail is loaded low in load order.

Also, interior lighting mods can cause a conflict there.  The real fix is to just run the PlasRail mod below any lighting mods.  I also have an Interiors Enhanced - Darker Ambient Light and Fog patch.  It allows me to run the PlasRail up higher with other weapon mods but then have the patch just below the lighting mod to make sure I get settings from both.  MO2 enforces dependant mods below a master, so the lighting patch is a mistake-proof way to force load order since it has the has the lighting mod as a master.

  4.  (OPTIONAL) - Complex Sorter users Install 4estGimp - CROSS PlasRail CIS INNR ini

  5.  Create a new Complex Item Sorter Output file if using Complex Item Sorter.
