Some mods set NPC so they can't use crippled limbs. It's a great way to play until a companion drops a Unique weapon during battle. This Robco patch prevents companions from taking limb damage so they won't drop weapons and can stay in the battle.
I'll add some Quest mod companions eventually.
Robco Patcher required.
Load order does not matter and this mod should work without conflicts.
