3D Modeled chains for the super mutant suicider enemy, before they were flat planes with a texture added. not anymore. a simple mod, in 4k, 2k, or 1k, texture sizes.
a first custom "armor piece" by me, my weight painting is little crude, but passible. if the chains float on exploded mutants, its because thats what the vanilla chains do, and they are just a flat image.
