📋 About This Mod

This mod adds Weapon Repair Kits which you use to repair weapons with. Installation: Just put the files in your fallout3/data folder and check the esm with FOMM or Fallout Launcher (I recommend FOMM). Uninstallation: Uncheck the esm, any esp\'s associated with this mod and remove them. Note: If you already have the old version (1. 0, 1. 1, 1. 2, 1. 3) of this mod you will have to delete it and install the new one (1. 4) What this mod brings: It gives you a new way to repair all your weapons. You have to buy a Weapon Repair Kit from some of the vendors (or you can shoot some Raiders and loot it off their corpses). You should make a merged patch with FO3 Edit (instructions on how to do that are down below) How to make a Merged Patch: 1. Start FO3 Edit 2. Load your mods 3. When everything loads select all your mods, then right-click on the mod list and select Create Merged Patch 4. A small window will pop up asking you to name your patch, write something and click Create 5. Now when exiting FO3 Edit another window will pop up named Save Changed Files, click OK 6. When starting FOMM or FO3 Launcher put your patch LAST in the load order and check it 7. Enjoy the game V 1. 4 - Description This is (probably) the final version of the Weapon Repair Kits. The kits now repair 25% weapon health per kit, they do not depend on your repair skill and can repair all weapons you can equip (including weapons added by mods). Kit\'s base value is 50 caps. There are two files in the main archive (one master file, one plugin). THEY ARE BOTH REQUIRED. I made them separate so it\'s easier for you to modify this mod if you want. I also added an optional file for Point Lookout so you can buy kits from Madam Panada and Haley. HOW TO USE: You MUST equip a weapon you want to repair (meaning it MUST NOT be broken) in order to repair it. When you equip the weapon, go to Items - Aid section where you will find your repair kit. Click on it, and your weapon is repaired. Vendors that sell Weapon Repair Kits: - Lucky Harith - Sydney - Smiling Jack - Pronto - Knight Sergeant Durga - Flak And Shrapnel - Chief Gustavo - Scavengers Point Lookout (optional) - Madam Panada\'s House of Wares - Haley\'s Hardware NPC\'s you can loot it from - Raiders - Talon Company Mercs - Regulators - Super Mutant Behemoths - and some other people Bugs/Conflicts: None that I know of. If you find any, please tell me in the file comments. Hope you\'ll like it. You can do whatever you want with this mod But at least credit me for my work if you decide to upload it. 💡 Beginner Tips

  • If you're using a mod manager like FOMM or Vortex, just drop the archive in and activate—manual install is also fine.
  • Check if the mod requires FOSE (Fallout Script Extender) by reading the readme; if it does, install FOSE first.
  • Since it's an old mod, test it early in your playthrough to ensure it doesn't conflict with other weapon mods.
