- Extract the included ESP files into the Data folder located within your main Fallout 3 Directory.
- Activate whichever one you wish to use via the F3 Launcher or FoMM. DO NOT ACTIVATE BOTH.
- The Regular version replaces the default Recon Armor enchantment with a built-in 25% Stealth Field
- instead of a +5 Sneak bonus, the Workbench version allows you to create a the armor using the
- workbench and does not affect the default Recon Armor at all.

- a sneak-activated Steathboy effect instead of a bonus to Stealth. The effect is 1/3 the power of the
- one gained by using a Stealthboy; 25% instead of 75%.
