📋 About This Mod
Adds a series of technological enhancement perks to Fallout 3. (BETA)
This is a beta of A Tech Enancement Perk Family for Fallout 3. -- Ver 0. 31b (1. 12. 09) -- This mod\'s concept is to add a full suite of technological enhancement perks to Fallout 3 and allow for a true cyborgs, supersoldiers and nanotech enhanced characters. The full list of perks is still incomplete, and there are more perks which will be included in future versions. This mod opens up a collection of new perks based on choosing the Cyborg perks and a new collection of perks based on a serum perk. (THESE ARE CONFLICTING: You cannot choose to be both a cyborg and a supersoldier.) The overall theme for the Cyborg perks is massive damage resistance and increased skills. The overall theme for the Serum perks is massive attribute bonuses. Special Note: This is basically a hotfix for mistakes I made when I was prepairing the 0. 3 version. This is a verison that I\'ll gladly admit to producing, in place of the previous one. -- KNOWN ISSUES (0. 31) -- Version 0. 1 Savegames are not compatible with 0. 2 or later. This mod will conflict with any mod that changes the default Cyborg perk. All of the pipboy images are placeholders. -- VERSION HISTORY -- Version 0. 1 (12. 18. 08) -Initial Release Version 0. 2 (12. 24. 08) -Changed Mod Name to Starke\'s Enhacement Perks -Removed Overrides for Adamantium Skeleton and Cyborg -Restored Cyborg and Adamantium Skeleton to their original states -Removed Cybernetic Implants Perk (All perks that were dependant on this are now dependant on the vanilla Cyborg perk) -Removed Cloak, Nanoregeneration and Nanomuscular perks (These will be restored in a future version under a seperate perk tree.) -Removed Night Vision (Problematic, may be restored later.) -Removed the multiple ranks for all prior DATABASE perks -Removed skill requirements for all IMPLANT and DATABASE perks -Changed the level requirement for all DATABASE perks to 16 -Changed the level requirement for Subdermal Armor and Motorized Joints to 16 -Changed the level requirement for Skeletal Armor and Database Implant to 14 -Changed the format for DATABASE perks to \"Database: ###\" -Changed Database: Medical to +10 Medical, +10 Science, and +25% damage to organic targets -Changed Database: Covert Ops to +10 Stealth, +10 Pick Locks, +10% to critical hit chance, and +25% to critical hit damage -Changed Database: Weapony to +10 Small Guns, +10 Big Guns, +10% accuracy, and +10% Damage -Added Database: Geography -Added Brief Discription Version 0. 3 (1. 11. 09) -Added the Super Serum and ADAPTATION perks. -Added Nanotech Upgrade (unplayable).
