📋 About This Mod
A small house in Georgetown refitted as an outpost for the Rangers and more

Riley's Outpost - 1. 01
This mod came about because I like the Riley's Rangers, and figured that as well as their headquarters, surely they'd have some sort of safe haven in the north of town. I mean put me in that scenario and I would have done up a house as a sort of emergency bolt hole. Hence I've created Rieley's Ranger's House.
I modded an existing external file, so you can see out the front windows. I wanted the house to be lore friendly, looking like it was repaired and cobbled together with available material. I've used wooden logs, metal sheets (sloped to drain the rain away) and other bits and pieces to rebuild the house. Being happy with the result I've fitted the house out as a small base with the essentials like beds, a kitchen, bathroom, office, infirmary and armory. Nothing too fancy. The sort of stuff you'd expect people to salvage from the city.
I figure over time the Rangers, Regulators and even the Brotherhood of Steel would get together now and then somewhere, so this place is it.
Be sure to visit the roof. I've tried to imagine Rangers dragging the planters, chairs, benches and piles of dirt up there to give the place a homely feel, a safe haven in an otherwise dangerous city.
Update: V1. 01 I didn't like the attitude of the WastelanderRR NPC I had created so I replaced her with a new one called Rosie. I also forgot, there's a second Regulator / Ranger outpost down the canal in Georgetown West, right next to radiation king. It's just a small balcony that I thought would make a nice bolt hole. I moved the WastelanderRR there along with a new Regulator NPC.
As usual, please ensure any feedback is kind and constructive.
And yeah, I do my screenshots in GECK because they don't work in the game.
