Fairfax House - Regulator Outpost

Fairfax House

I've always liked this particular house in Fairfax. Even before I started modding I would stop over here often, using a Mod that let me set up things like a bed and containers. So now I've modded it, done some rebuilding, set up a barracks room, a kitchen, fixed up the bathroom, added some doors, repaired the roof and made it nice and cosy. I made one of the upstairs rooms into a small medical outpost, complete with a doctor. Doctor Z will fix your injuries, provided he does not run off when the locals attack. If he does, he generally does not go far.

The location is inhabited by some Regulators, who for some reason are almost all into hair dye. With some heavy weaponry they tend to manage fighting off the locals pretty well.

You can use the location as a player home.

And yeah, I do my screenshots in GECK because they don't work in the game.

• It does not play well with Mod - Portable Camp Stuff

• Some times a random NPC spawns near by. So far I've had adventurers and a kid armed with a gun that was impossible to kill.
